Growth Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager - Growth at PhysicsWallah (PW) in Noida, you will play a crucial role in scaling user engagement, retention, and conversions across the PW ecosystem. With a mission to make learning accessible and outcome-driven, PW is rapidly expanding across digital, offline, and hybrid models. We are seeking passionate and data-driven product leaders to drive our growth engine forward. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving the growth product strategy aligned with PW's business and user goals. You will prioritize initiatives based on data and user insights, focusing on scalable and impactful outcomes. Additionally, you will own the product growth roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of key projects. Using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, and GA4, you will analyze user behavior and journeys to derive insights. These insights will be translated into clear hypotheses and actionable solutions aimed at enhancing user experience and metrics. You will design and execute structured A/B tests using tools like Unleash, fostering a test-and-learn culture across the product lifecycle with rapid iteration cycles. Your role will also involve owning and optimizing the user funnel from acquisition to activation and retention, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and leading funnel improvement efforts to increase ROI and user engagement. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, tech, design, and content teams, you will align and execute on growth objectives. Seamless coordination and communication across stakeholders for all growth initiatives will be essential. Defining KPIs for all growth projects, monitoring them regularly, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting progress with clarity and recommendations for the next steps will also be part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of product management experience, including 3 years in a growth-centric role within consumer or edtech products. Strong experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Firebase) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Unleash) is required. A proven track record of driving metric improvements across user funnels, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. A user-first mindset with a strong bias for experimentation, execution, and results will be key to thriving in this role.,
