We are building the worlds best personal AI companion designed to genuinely remember you. Unlike typical chatbots, AIRA learns from every interaction and grows alongside you, creating conversations that feel natural, meaningful, and continuously deeper over time.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of

  whatever is needed to help AIRA grow and run smoothly

  — from coordinating projects and vendors to making sure our external voice is clear and consistent.

• Draft and polish outward-facing communication

  — investor decks, emails, social posts, and web copy.

• Support and shadow the founder

  — help turn ideas into action, make sure priorities don’t slip, and represent AIRA when needed.

• Organize and track deliverables

  — across freelancers, agencies, and the core team.

• Jump into research, planning, and problem-solving

  wherever gaps appear — marketing, ops, hiring, or partnerships.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience

  in fast-moving environments (startups, consulting, or multi-role roles preferred).
• Someone who’s

  comfortable wearing many hats

  — from drafting an investor email to chasing a vendor deadline to helping prep a pitch deck.

• Strong written communication skills

  — able to draft and polish emails, posts, and documents without heavy oversight.

• Organized and proactive

  , able to keep track of multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

• Curious and fast-learning

  , willing to pick up new skills (ops, marketing, research) as AIRA grows.
• Comfortable working

  closely with the founder

  and adapting as the company scales.
