About Role
We are looking for a performance-driven
Growth Marketing Executive
who can lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will use data, automation, and experimentation to scale user growth and enhance the overall customer lifecycle journey.
What you will do
- Plan and execute growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users across web and app platforms.
- Drive customer lifecycle management (CLM) initiatives through personalized campaigns and automation workflows.
- Manage and optimize Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Emails, and SMS campaigns using tools like MoEngage and CleverTap.
- Segment users based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement level to drive targeted communication.
- Work closely with the content, product, and design teams to execute growth experiments and improve conversion metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, retention rate, CAC, and LTV.
- Optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other channels for maximum ROI.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MoEngage, CleverTap dashboards) to extract actionable insights.
- Continuously test and implement new ideas for improving user engagement and reactivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Growth / CRM / Performance Marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with MoEngage, CleverTap, and other CRM automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle management.
- Experience managing Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
