Job Description

As a Growth Manager at Fitpage, your main responsibility will be to lead our products - fitpage, india running, and spolo towards achieving growth. You will be in charge of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue within our ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product, content, and performance teams to establish growth loops, monitor actual impact, and continuously experiment to identify strategies that drive growth. Your mindset should be inclined towards viewing every campaign as an experiment, focusing on CAC:LTV ratios, and effectively translating insights into actionable plans. If you have experience in scaling apps, managing funnels, and taking ownership of KPIs, it will be an added advantage.
