Role Overview

Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution:

  Drive day-to-day operations of growth campaigns across channels like push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions), generate reports, and work with the growth and analytics teams to derive actionable insights.

• Experimentation:

  Set up and track A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and user engagement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with copywriters, designers, and product managers to bring growth ideas to life.
• Take ownership of product-related initiatives such as managing feature rollouts, collecting user feedback, and coordinating launch plans.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or analytics in a high-growth tech startup
• Strong proficiency in Hindi with the ability to write for a Bharat audience.
• Experience working with campaign tools (e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, or similar).
• Experience in writing high-impact, short-form content like push notifications, ad copies, and WhatsApp messages.
• Basic understanding of data and performance metrics to optimize messaging.
• Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.

  : Full-time, Work from Office.
