**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As the Growth Manager- Offline Sales & Operations at Auntie Fungs, your role will involve heading the offline growth function end to end. The position is custom-built for the organization and covers aspects of Customer Experience and Growth Operations. Your core responsibilities will revolve around consumer engagement, operational strategies impacting customer experience, brand partnerships, local store marketing, and all touchpoints driving dine-in business growth across different outlets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the revenue P&L for the offline/ dine-in channel for the current 3 stores in Bangalore, with 3 more planned in the next 6-9 months - Devise innovative promotional campaigns involving cross-functional teams - Collaborate with dine-in aggregators for insights, actions & promotions - Plan Local Store Marketing (LSM) and in-store consumer engagement activities - Build brand advocacy through influencer activations & consumer testimonials - Develop and implement growth strategies aligning with company goals - Identify new market opportunities and synergies with other brands to drive sales - Enhance customer experience by identifying pain points and improving service - Develop loyalty programs and frameworks for up-selling and cross-selling **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality/F&B brand with a strong dine-in presence - Graduate from IHM or equivalent hotel management school; MBA will be given due weightage - Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in an ambiguous environment - Experience managing large service operations teams - Ability to work across multiple teams to achieve business goals - Initiative to drive expansion into new markets **Additional Details:** Auntie Fungs offers compensation at par with industry benchmarks, ESOP for long-term value creation, and a 360-degree exposure starting from Sales & Marketing to driving CX operations and brand building. You will work closely with founders in charting out the long-term brand roadmap and get to enjoy the lovely weather of Bangalore and delicious Asian food.
