And that gave birth to Auntie Fung’s, a QSR brand on Asian street food in March 2015 in Bangalore. Much has changed in the last 10 years- from that first store in New BEL Road, Bangalore to 10 stores today. While the founders till sometime back was driving most functions including Growth, Customer Experience, Branding, Ops, etc – we now strongly feel to start building a competent, energetic young, lean & hungry professionals to lead this vertical and join the leadership team of the company in fulfilling the vision of making Auntie Fung’s the face of pan-Asian cuisine in India. Designation: Growth Manager- Offline Sales & Operations The role: Heading the offline growth function end to end Is custom built for the organization and encompasses 2 aspects - Customer Experience & Growth Operations . The core DNA of this resource have to be around consumer engagement, working on all operational levers that impacts customer experience, brand partnerships, local store marketing – all touchpoints driving dine-in business growth across different outlets. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing: ● Own the revenue P&L for the offline/ dine-in channel for the current 3 stores (3 more planned in the next 6-9 months) in Bangalore ● Devise innovative & clutter-breaking promotional campaigns involving cross-functional teams (operations, brand, culinary, supply chain, etc) ● Working closely with dine-in aggregators (District, Dineout, etc) for insights, actions & promotions ● Take the lead and plan Local Store Marketing (LSM), BTL activations as well as in-store consumer engagement activities ● Build brand advocacy through influencer activations & consumer testimonials – build offline content to drive online virality Strategic Planning and Execution: ● Develop and implement quarterly & annual growth strategies that align with the company's AOP goals and priorities. ● Identify and pursue new market opportunities in terms of identifying synergies with other brands & categories to drive offline sales, etc Customer Experience and Retention: ● Enhance customer experience by identifying consumer pain-points; thereby dialling-up the customer quotient ● Co-create SOP’s along with Operational & Culinary Heads to ensure product consistency ● Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service ● Data analytics to develop loyalty programs to retain customer, frameworks for up-sell, cross-sell and create a pull for high margin products What is Auntie Fung’s looking for- ● 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality/F&B brand with strong dine-in presence ● Graduate from IHM or equivalent hotel management school; MBA as additional qualification will be given due weightage ● An entrepreneur at heart and is comfortable working in ambiguous environment ● Should have managed large teams in service operations ● Open to dabble across multiple teams (kitchen ops, finance, etc.) to achieve business goals ● Ability to initiate & drive expansion of existing brand or new brand in current or new geographical markets What Auntie Fung’s will offer ● Compensation at par with industry benchmark ● ESOP for long term value creation ● A 360 degree exposure– starting from Sales & Marketing to driving CX operations to brand building ● Working closely with founders in charting out the long-term brand roadmap ● Lovely, cool weather of Bangalore ● Lip smacking Asian food for the foodie soul We are not promising structured induction plan, clearly defined goals & objectives and a calendar clearly laid out.
