* 3 cafés, 2 kiosksand multi B2B partnerships

* Online delivery through Swiggy & Zomato

* Franchise operations across cities

* E-commerce coffee bean sales on Amazon

We are looking for a Growth & Operations Manager who can take full ownership of business growth and operations across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder and shape the future of a premium, high-growth brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, build, and manage new B2B partnerships

* Lead and streamline operations across cafés, kiosks, and online channels

* Own the Amazon and e-commerce business, ensuring growth and profitability

* Collaborate with the founder on strategic expansion plans and business initiatives

* Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue

Who You Are:

* Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership

* Experienced in operations, business development, or e-commerce, preferably in F\&B or retail

* A problem solver with excellent execution skills

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment

* Comfortable making strategic decisions and driving results
