Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the

  paid marketing strategy

  across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build, launch, and optimize high-performance campaigns with a focus on

  ROI, CAC, and LTV

  .
• Collaborate with content, design, and community teams to craft

  compelling creative assets

  that drive clicks and conversions.
• Set up, monitor, and analyze campaign dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
• Lead

  A/B testing, retargeting, and growth hacks

  to scale awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategy with Tavastras growth goals.

What are we looking for

• 04 years of experience in

  performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition

  .
• Strong track record of running campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Deep knowledge of

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms

  .
• Experience with

  funnels, tracking, pixels, attribution models, and analytics tools

  .
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets, GA, and dashboards.
• A bias for

  experimentation and iteration

  always testing, learning, and improving.
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify data into actionable insights.
• Bonus: Experience working in
