Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Advisor (TeleCalling) based in Lucknow. The Growth Advisor will engage with prospective clients, nurture leads, and consult on customized solutions to meet their business needs. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up with leads, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves closely collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets while representing the company professionally in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and a customer-focused approach.
  • Telecalling and Sales Skills: Proficiency in making outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and keep detailed records of client interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, basic computer applications, and digital communication platforms.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business consultancy is an advantage, along with fluency in multiple languages. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
