Job Description

Role Overview: As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Product at Autodesk, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the suite of contact centre applications and underlying platforms. Your role is pivotal in defining and delivering innovative solutions that empower customer service teams, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to bring impactful products to life. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for contact centre applications and platforms - Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and end-of-life - Continuously monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation - Deeply understand the needs of contact centre agents, supervisors, and administrators through user research and data analysis - Define and prioritize product features and initiatives based on strategic alignment, business value, and technical feasibility - Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers - Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for optimization - Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders - Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners in the contact centre technology ecosystem Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus - 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on contact center applications and platforms - Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful software products in an agile development environment - Deep understanding of contact centre operations, technologies, and best practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of product managers - Experience working with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements - Passion for creating exceptional user experiences At Autodesk, amazing things are created every day with innovative software, shaping a better future for all.
