Job Description

This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, supplier management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management Oversee daily operations for corporate travel bookings

Set performance goals and monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency

will lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the corporate travel division, ensuring seamless service delivery to corporate clients, optimizing operational efficiency, managing travel consultants and team leads, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or related field (MBA preferred). 510 years of experience in corporate travel operations, with at least 35 years in a managerial or Deputy Manager role. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and online booking tools
