Group Manager - Process Training

You will be responsible for ensuring that all trainings are conducted according to the plan set by ops/client. You will provide support to Ops SMEs/trainers during the training sessions and assist in preparing and maintaining various process/training documents in English. Additionally, you will maintain a database of all trainings conducted in the past 2-3 years and provide relevant data as required by supervisors. Your role will involve creating training content in coordination with Ops to meet training and process requirements. You will be expected to proactively manage and enhance team performance based on defined KPIs, assess training needs, provide training opportunities to new hires and existing staff, and offer subject matter expertise. Timely escalation of people issues and maintaining discipline within the team will be crucial. Monitoring of incentive/performance management is also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to digital training tools, experience in team leading, and a background in Training Management framework with a team size of 5-10 trainers. Familiarity with a large training setup that promotes team management culture is desirable. Knowledge of advanced training tools and ensuring the availability of appropriate training content is essential.
