Group Head - Social Media

1. Leadership and Strategy

• Develop and execute high-level social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Serve as the senior point-of-contact for clients on all social media strategy and performance-related matters.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform updates to ensure clients remain at the forefront of social media best practices and emerging technologies.

2. Campaign Management and Execution

• Oversee the planning, content creation, scheduling, and execution of all organic and paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ensure brand voice and visual guidelines are consistently applied across all client social channels.
• Collaborate closely with the PR, creative, and analytics teams to create integrated campaigns that amplify earned media and drive conversions.

3. Analytics and Reporting

• Establish benchmarks and develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to track social media performance.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization and future planning.
• Present detailed performance reports and strategic reviews to clients and senior management.
