Group Head (GM/VP) - Corporate Quality - INR 1200 Crores Group

Role KRAs

You would lead Quality function for all business verticals of the group. The Group has 10+ manufacturing units across India

• Define and implement the group-wide Quality & Business Excellence strategy aligned with corporate vision
• Establish policies, standards, and frameworks to ensure consistent quality and excellence across all entities
• Drive compliance with international standards (ISO, EFQM, Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, etc.)
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the groups quality performance through robust KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards
• Lead process optimization initiatives across businesses to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Promote and institutionalize Lean, Six Sigma,, Kaizen, and Agile methodologies
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance quality monitoring and business excellence
• Benchmark against global best practices to maintain competitiveness

Professionals with experience in leading Quality function for multi-unit manufacturing operations in auto / auto component / industrial products or equipment./ plastic / machinery / injection molding products industry would ONLY be considered for this role as per client's specifications
