• Lead the digital and social media team across strategy, content, community management, performance marketing, and analytics.

• Build high-impact social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Drive creative content ideas, trend-based storytelling, and influencer collaborations.

• Oversee paid social campaigns and ensure strong ROI and performance outcomes.

• Manage online reputation, engagement, and digital crisis responses.

• Work closely with PR and creative teams to deliver integrated, digital-first campaigns.

• Review analytics, insights, and platform data to refine strategies.

• Strengthen client relationships by providing proactive digital and social media counsel.

• Identify new tools, innovations, and social media trends to enhance client presence.

Requirements:

• 812 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management.

• Strong agency-side leadership experience with team management.

• Expertise in content strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, and analytics.

• Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
