Group Fitness Trainer

As a Group Class Strength and Conditioning Trainer, your primary responsibility is to lead and coach group fitness sessions focused on building strength, endurance, and overall physical conditioning. This role combines fitness instruction, motivation, and program design in a high-energy group setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Group Fitness Classes: Lead structured, engaging, and safe strength and conditioning workouts for a group of clients. Program Design & Delivery: Create and deliver effective training programs that include bodyweight, resistance, functional, and conditioning exercises. Demonstrate Proper Technique: Teach and ensure correct exercise form to avoid injury and maximize results. Client Engagement: Motivate and support members throughout the workout. Help clients feel energized and confident. Monitor Progress: Track class attendance, progress, and feedback to adjust programs as needed. Maintain a Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive, energetic, and community-driven class culture. Skills & Qualities Needed:Strong knowledge of strength training and conditioning principles Good communication and group instruction skills Ability to manage and energize a group setting Fitness certifications (preferred, but not always mandatory) Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
