Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for Ground Staff. The Ground Staff will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including assisting passengers, ensuring smooth operations at the airport, handling baggage, and providing customer service. Duties will also include coordinating with other airport departments and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic Computer Literacy
Knowledge of Aircraft and Aviation operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in the aviation industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in aviation or customer service is beneficial
