Role Overview: As a Ground School Instructor at URBX Knowledge Park, you will be a key part of the team responsible for training aspiring pilots in the theoretical aspects of aviation. Your role will involve delivering high-quality instruction in various aviation topics such as aerodynamics, aircraft systems, navigation, meteorology, and regulations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aviation education and empowering individuals for success. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction covering a wide range of aviation topics. - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency in theoretical knowledge. - Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who require additional help in understanding complex concepts. - Manage instructional materials, textbooks, and multimedia resources to support effective learning. - Stay updated on advancements in aviation technology, regulations, and instructional methodologies to continuously improve teaching methods. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments. - Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance in ground school subjects. Qualifications Required: - Holder of Commercial Pilot License, OR Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students. - Previous experience as a ground school instructor or aviation educator highly desirable. - 1 to 2 years of experience in the industry.
