Ground Reporter

• Cover

  local news, civic issues, political events, protests, and public grievances

  on ground
• Conduct

  on-camera reporting

  and short interviews with public, officials, and local leaders
• Coordinate with cameraman/editor for shoot planning and story execution
• Research story background before going on ground
• Ensure

  fact-based, unbiased, and responsible reporting

• Meet daily/weekly reporting targets
• Share raw footage and story briefs with the editorial team on time

• 6 months to 1 year of

  ground reporting experience

  (digital / YouTube / local news preferred)
• Comfortable speaking on camera in

  Hindi

  (basic English is a plus)
• Good understanding of

  Delhi local issues and politics

• Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic research)

• Experience with

  YouTube news channels or digital media platforms

• Basic understanding of camera framing and mic handling
• Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)

• Salary:

  ?8,000 ?12,000 per month
