Job Description We are looking for an energetic and responsible Ground Reporter to cover local civic, political, social, and public-interest stories across Delhi. The role requires strong on-field presence, basic camera confidence, and the ability to report facts clearly and ethically. Key Responsibilities Cover local news, civic issues, political events, protests, and public grievances on ground Conduct on-camera reporting and short interviews with public, officials, and local leaders Coordinate with cameraman/editor for shoot planning and story execution Research story background before going on ground Ensure fact-based, unbiased, and responsible reporting Meet daily/weekly reporting targets Share raw footage and story briefs with the editorial team on time Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of ground reporting experience (digital / YouTube / local news preferred) Comfortable speaking on camera in Hindi (basic English is a plus) Good understanding of Delhi local issues and politics Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions Strong communication and interviewing skills Smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic research) Preferred (Good to Have) Experience with YouTube news channels or digital media platforms Basic understanding of camera framing and mic handling Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory) Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience) Field travel reimbursement Growth opportunity in a fast-growing digital media platform Exposure to political and ground-level journalism How to Apply Send your resume + 2–3 sample videos or reporting links to: 8178871371
