Ground Instructor

As an Aircraft Systems Instructor at CAE, you will be responsible for conducting classroom instruction in aircraft systems. Your role will involve preparing and conducting briefings, as well as administering oral and written examinations. Additionally, you will assist in courseware development to ensure that training programs are up to date, accurate, and aligned with the clients" needs. If a pilot does not meet the standard training progress, performance, and schedules, you will recommend necessary remedial training actions. It will also be your responsibility to note and report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or inoperative items related to the courseware. Qualifications Required: - Entry professional level position - Willingness to learn and use professional concepts - Ability to receive guidance and direction from more experienced colleagues - Provide support to more experienced professionals in your area of activity Please note that this is a Temporary (Fixed Term) position at CAE.
