Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Grinding Operator with 3 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Cylindrical Grinding machines and possess precision work knowledge.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain Cylindrical Grinding machines for efficient production.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent machine downtime.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Monitor and control the quality of ground products.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

ITI or Diploma in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in grinding operations, preferably on Cylindrical Grinding machines.
Strong knowledge of Quality Instruments and measurement techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel overseas for client sites as required.
