Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Greeting Engagement
  • Warmly welcome every customer entering the showroom.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times.
  • Offer refreshments and assist with initial seating or direction.
  • Customer Handling Coordination
  • Record customer details and purpose of visit (purchase, repair, exchange, etc.).
  • Direct customers to appropriate sales staff or product sections.
  • Manage customer waiting time effectively.
  • Handle walk-ins, appointments, and VIP customers efficiently.
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Ensure that every visitor receives a premium, personalized experience.
  • Collect feedback on customer satisfaction and share insights with the management team.
  • Handle minor complaints tactfully and escalate major issues appropriately.
  • Administrative Support Activities
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with the sales, service, and billing teams.
  • Support in promotional events, exhibitions, and special campaigns.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception area.
