You will be working at ENcore Systems, a full-service system integrator specializing in Lithium-ion technology solutions for E-Mobility, storage, and new energy sectors. As a part of our team, you will be involved in designing turnkey solutions for Lithium-ion battery applications using a First-Principles approach. Your role will include providing professional installation and startup support for various energy generation and storage solutions, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), lithium-ion battery packs, electric vehicle charging stations, and power conversion systems. To excel in this position, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively engage and influence customers. A solid technical know-how of electronics and electrical applications, as well as a deep understanding of Lithium-ion battery system solutions, will be essential. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, project planning, drafting technical proposals, and providing technical support and consultation. Responsibilities: Manage multiple solar sites, lead O&M teams, ensure smooth operations, fault rectification, and performance optimization. Monitor generation, handle maintenance, ensure safety compliance, reporting, and client coordination.

You will be responsible for conducting theory and practical sessions on solar photovoltaic, green energy, and safety areas for students. Your role will involve mentoring students to enhance their practical skills and technical understanding. Additionally, you will be required to maintain all Electrical & Solar Equipment & Tools properly and ensure that safety standards and procedures are adhered to during hands-on training sessions. Assessing students" progress and performance, collaborating with the TPSDI team to uphold high-quality education and training outcomes are also key aspects of this role. The desired qualifications for this position include an ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years experience in electrical/Solar PV is preferred; however, candidates without experience but possessing a strong foundation in technical knowledge of Electrical Engineering/Solar PV will also be considered. Superannuated employees of power companies with extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Electrical O&M and projects will also be taken into consideration. Proficiency in teaching theoretical and practical aspects of Solar PV, Green Energy, and Safety, along with computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office tools, is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in the state's regional language and the ability to communicate in English and Hindi, are essential. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution fundamentals. Awareness of developments in Solar PV and Green Energy, coupled with the ability to train and mentor students, is crucial. A positive attitude towards learning quickly and teaching topics beyond your core specialization, dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment, and readiness to travel across India if required for training delivery are important attributes. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 12 months, which may be renewed yearly based on performance.
