Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling travel graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube thumbnails).
• Create carousels, reels covers, posters, and ad creatives highlighting travel destinations, packages, offers, and contests.
• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and strong storytelling.
• Develop templates and visual identity systems aligned with Viacation’s orange-first branding.
• Adapt creatives for multiple formats and platforms – from mobile-first Instagram posts to banner ads and landing page visuals.
• Use AI tools and moodboarding references to bring destination aesthetics to life (e.g., dreamy Bali, luxury Dubai, scenic Meghalaya).
• Keep up with global design trends in travel, Gen Z aesthetics, and viral campaign styles.
• Edit photos and manipulate images (background removal, tone matching, travel-themed overlays).
• Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning, especially for influencer/celebrity collabs and moment marketing.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Experience creating social-first content (1080x1350, Reels covers, YouTube thumbnails).
• A solid portfolio with

  travel-related work samples

  —banners, mood boards, Instagram creatives, etc.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory—especially with bright, modern palettes.
• Basic motion/animation skills (for reel covers or looping GIFs) are a bonus.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and building new creative formats.
• Understanding of Indian and international travel trends.
