Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics and layouts for presentations, reports, and program content. Your role will involve creating visually engaging templates and infographics for medical and wellness content, supporting the content team in designing educational material, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs. Additionally, you will edit and format patient reports with professional layouts and visuals, perform regular data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, and maintain organized file systems for all creative and data assets. Collaboration with other departments for timely design support will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc., is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentation formatting, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, good communication skills, and team collaboration are essential. Comfort with regular data entry tasks and documentation is also expected. Preferred attributes include creative thinking with a good eye for design and aesthetics, experience in healthcare or wellness-related design work, ability to handle feedback and revise designs promptly, and a basic understanding of patient confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare content.
