Graphics Designer - Manager

The Graphic Design Manager role at our company involves leading a team of designers to create visually compelling content in alignment with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, 3-4 years of graphic design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and leadership skills, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of web design, UX/UI, and multimedia content creation. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills are also necessary.
