Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute design solutions for a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
* Digital marketing materials (social media graphics, website assets, email templates)* Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging)* Presentations and infographics* Branding and identity development* Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.* Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts.* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.* Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).* Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.* Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.* Experience with web design and digital marketing is a plus.
