Graphic Designer (AI Tools Focused)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, AI design innovations, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Design content for company's pamphlets, brochures, social media creatives, website, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on time and prior to deadlines
• Demonstrate strong grasp of foundational graphics design skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI design tools

  (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Photoshop AI features, or similar platforms)
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work demonstrating design versatility

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (preferred) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technologies

• Knowledge of graphic design principles
• Proven track record of designing for brands
• Deadline oriented

• Fluency in verbal & written English communication
• Research & quick online learning skills
• Openness to feedback & willingness to be the best

• Package Range:

  ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
