We are a leading retail brand based in Solapur with a legacy of over 20 years and 7 outlets across different locations. Known for quality and trust, we are now building a strong digital presence. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design high-quality graphics for social media, print, in-store branding, and online campaigns

· Create engaging promotional videos, reels, product showcases, and festive content

· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns

· Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance video quality

· Maintain brand consistency across all design and video outputs

· Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines

· Stay updated with design and video trends, tools, and formats

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

· 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

· Experience with Canva, Corel DRAW, or similar tools is a plus

· Strong creative portfolio showcasing both static and video work

· Good understanding of social media formats and trends (Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.)

· Excellent time management and attention to detail

· Ability to take feedback and improve design outputs quickly
