Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer, your role involves creating visual content for digital and print media, such as social media posts, ads, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials. You will assist the senior design team in brainstorming and executing design concepts, as well as editing and adapting existing creative assets to various formats and platforms. Ensuring brand consistency across all visuals and following design guidelines is crucial. Collaboration with content, marketing, and product teams to understand design needs is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, staying updated with design trends, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table, handling feedback, making revisions quickly and efficiently, working on multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines when needed are key aspects of this role. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating visual content for digital and print media - Supporting senior design team in executing design concepts - Editing and adapting creative assets to various platforms - Ensuring brand consistency and following design guidelines - Collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams - Staying updated with design trends and bringing fresh ideas - Handling feedback, making revisions efficiently - Working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines To qualify for this position, you need: - 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (including internships/freelance) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus if familiar with Premiere Pro or After Effects) - A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work - Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory - Attention to detail and strong time-management skills Please note that relocation to Goa and working from the office full-time is required for this role.,
