Graphics and UI/UX Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the creative team to generate original concepts and ideas for various projects. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics that align with brand guidelines for both print and digital media. Utilizing industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), you will deliver high-quality designs. It is essential to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content producers, to ensure cohesive and successful design solutions. Actively participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and make necessary adjustments. Maintain organized design files with proper version control and accessibility. Stay updated on design trends, competitors, and industry best practices to contribute creative ideas to the team. Communicate design concepts effectively, justify your decisions, and welcome constructive criticism. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or relevant internship experience with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design work. - Freshers with recent certification courses in Graphic Designing are encouraged to apply. - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively. - Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. - Demonstrated creative thinking, innovative ideas, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
