Graphic & Web Designer

As a Web Designer and Social Media Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be to design and maintain modern, responsive websites. You will also be tasked with creating visually engaging graphics for social media, banners, and promotional materials. Additionally, you will handle daily classroom video recording and basic editing for content uploads and manage and grow various social media handles such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Collaboration with the academic and marketing teams for content strategy will be essential to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in tools like Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro or similar software. A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic WordPress or website builders is necessary. Experience in video shooting and basic editing is also required. Your creativity and keen eye for design will be valuable assets in producing high-quality content. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this position. Bonus skills that would be advantageous include knowledge of motion graphics and animation, as well as understanding of SEO and social media marketing concepts. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities with a day shift schedule. A performance bonus may be offered based on your contribution. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and proficiency in Assamese language is also desirable.
