Graphic & Video Designer / UI/UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create a wide range of design materials, including:
  
• Digital creatives, videos, web pages, presentations
  
• Marketing collateral, internal communication assets, newsletters
  
• Signage, landing pages, and other brand materials
  
• Translate marketing concepts into

  high-quality designs

  within an established brand identity.
• Use and explore

  latest AI tools and agents

  to enhance design delivery, video creation, and content workflows.
• Conduct research to identify new design technologies, AI platforms, and trends to improve efficiency and creativity.
  
• Collaborate with the extended marketing and content teams to develop design assets aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  
• Work efficiently on tools such as

  Canva, WordPress, and other web/content management platforms

  .
• Ensure designs are culturally relevant and globally adaptable across multiple regions.
  
• Produce high-impact videos and visuals using AI-based video creation tools.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 6 years of design experience in a

  B2B organization

  (mandatory preference for IT services or IT product companies).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in digital, video, UI/UX, and marketing design.
  
• Background in

  Fine Arts

  with strong understanding of color, layout, visual theory, and branding.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with

  AI tools for design, video creation, and content automation

  .
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to design user-friendly interfaces.
  
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
