Graphic & UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented fresher - 1.5 yrs+ versatile Graphic + UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics as well as intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with our product development team to translate concepts into compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, including illustrations, icons, and other visual assets, that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience.
• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs, and translate them into design concepts and solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is desirable but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
