Graphic & UI/UX Designer

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and user-friendly designs for both print and digital media. Working closely with diverse teams, you will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into compelling visual materials. Your main responsibilities will include creating innovative designs for various mediums such as marketing brochures, landing pages, mobile applications, social media graphics, and websites. Ensuring an exceptional user experience through intuitive user interfaces (UI) and conducting usability tests for website navigation will be key aspects of your role. Maintaining brand consistency across all design assets and adhering to the company's brand guidelines are essential. Collaborating with marketing teams, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with organizational objectives will be part of your daily tasks. You will be expected to produce prototypes or mockups to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Utilizing user input from usability testing, you will continuously refine and enhance designs to meet user needs effectively. Proficiency in web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, as well as graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), is essential for this role.
