Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and proficiency in video editing. This role involves creating visually appealing and brand-aligned content for digital and print media while collaborating with various teams to develop innovative design ideas. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of video editing techniques to create engaging multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Branding:

• Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and packaging.
• Ensure consistency with the company’s branding in all designs and align with marketing campaign requirements and business objectives.
• Develop layouts and designs that are visually engaging and user-friendly, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

Creative Development:

• Contribute innovative design ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to provide fresh input for content development and visual storytelling.

Video Editing:

• Edit and enhance videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Create video content that effectively communicates the brand message and engages the audience.
• Add motion graphics, animations, and sound effects to elevate video quality.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging visual content for websites, emails, social media platforms, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Enhance and retouch images to maintain high-quality visual appeal.
• Work on layouts that capture the audience's attention while maintaining the brand's tone and style.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with printers, external vendors, and marketing agencies for the production of high-quality print and digital materials.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and follows industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva and Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.
• Experience in video editing, including post-production, motion graphics, and basic sound editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D design or animation tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize content for each platform.
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation for printers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
