Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for gifting products, packaging, branding, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of market trends in gifting, lifestyle, and corporate gifting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Product & Packaging Design

• Design gift boxes, hampers, labels, tags, wrappers, inserts, and packaging layouts.
• Create theme-based designs for festive, corporate, seasonal, and customized gifting.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for print feasibility.

Branding & Marketing Creatives

• Develop creatives for brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, standees, and POS materials.
• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, and emailers.
• Support sales team with presentations (PPTs), pitch decks, and client proposals.

Digital & Print Coordination

• Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, and color formats.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Review proofs and ensure quality standards before final printing.

Creative Support & Innovation

• Research gifting, packaging, and design trends in domestic and international markets.
• Suggest innovative design ideas to enhance product appeal and brand visibility.
• Maintain a design library and organize creative assets systematically.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and printing processes.
• Understanding of packaging materials and gifting aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (gifting, packaging, lifestyle, or FMCG industry preferred).
• Experience in gifting or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
