Graphic Designer- Women Westernwear

You will be responsible for designing a market-appropriate range of graphics for the respective brand. Your key deliverables in this role will include: - Conducting trend research and comprehensive market surveys to fully comprehend market needs. - Creating detailed graphic designs for the specific category based on customer instructions and established company standards and guidelines. - Conceptualizing, developing, and implementing original digital graphics. - Managing a high volume of graphic design requests under tight deadlines. - Developing mood boards, creating sketches, and presenting designs to larger teams. - Collaborating with internal teams to generate concepts for seasonal product lines and graphic tees. - Working on season themes, Graphic Designing, Design Development, Product development, Pre-production sample development, Printing techniques, and Sampling Co-ordination. - Exploring patterns, colors, and techniques to create new and unique graphics while considering the brand's product range. - Developing graphics and planning unique and new placements, motifs, and layouts. - Providing design/concept boards to communicate design and seasonal direction for textile prints, materials, and trims. - Working within a budget and meeting deadlines, while staying updated on current trends and production techniques. - Studying fashion trends and predicting designs that will resonate with consumers, staying abreast of emerging fashion trends and general trends related to fabrics, colors, shapes, and graphics. - Collaborating closely with buying and production teams regularly to ensure that the item aligns with customer preferences, market needs, and price points. Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in design/apparel merchandising. - Diploma in Graphic Designing. - NIFT (Diploma in Textile Design). Preferred Industry: - Textile/Garment/Retail/Export Houses.,
