Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design

  marketing collaterals, brochures, hoardings, social media posts, and digital creatives

  for branding and promotions.
• Create

  high-quality videos, reels, short clips, and motion graphics

  to be used on social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to visualize project campaigns and storytelling for real estate projects.
  
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, and social media content styles.
  
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and agencies for advanced campaigns.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• Minimum

  36 years of professional experience

  in graphic design and video editing (experience in the

  real estate sector

  will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

  (or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both

  static designs and video content

  .
• Excellent creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
