Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and animate creatives for TAKs digital and social campaigns.
Lead the development of videos, GIFs, banners, and brand collaterals.
Manage and grow TAKs LinkedIn and YouTube presence.
Plan and schedule content through structured calendars and workflows.
Track performance metrics to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and HR to ensure cohesive messaging.
Maintain and evolve TAKs visual identity across platforms.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree (Design preferred).
Experience:
3 - 6 years of experience in digital/ social media design & content strategy; minimum 1 year in social media management.
Portfolio: Strong creative portfolio with motion graphics, brand storytelling, and video content.
Certifications (Preferred): Animation, video editing, or motion graphics (Arena, MAAC, Coursera, etc.).
Skills: Typography, composition, design systems.

Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects/K-Den)
Basic 3D (Blender or similar)
UI/UX: Figma or Adobe XD
Canva (for quick content)
AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, etc.
Video editing (explainers, events, branded content)
Social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
Platform-specific content strategy & analytics (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Suite)
