Key Responsibilities: - Plan, edit, and produce high-quality videos for various purposes such as marketing, social media, ads, and branding campaigns. - Design impactful marketing collateral including graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, web banners, brochures, and infographics. - Create promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, product demos, and other short-form video content. - Edit raw footage, incorporate transitions, effects, sound, and color corrections to enhance the visual appeal. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. - Optimize content for different social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design roles within the IT industry. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Canva. - Strong understanding of video editing techniques, typography, layouts, and color theory. - Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations (motion skills are a plus). - Knowledge of social media trends, short-form content creation, reels, and YouTube editing. - Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a good grasp of current design and digital trends.
