Job Title: Video Shooter & Video Editor (Social Media Specialist)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Video Shooter & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, shooting, and editing, with a special focus on social media reels, short-form videos, and marketing content. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence and growing our social media reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging reels, short-form content, and behind-the-scenes clips.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop video strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure videos are optimized for social media trends, algorithms, and engagement.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, music, and transitions to make content more dynamic.
• Manage the end-to-end video production cycle (concept → shoot → edit → publish).
• Stay up to date with social media trends and viral content formats.
• Collaborate on content calendars and help execute social media marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in video shooting and editing (Freshers cam also apply).
• Proficiency with editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content styles.
• Ability to shoot with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and mobile devices.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and pacing.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva).
• Experience with paid ads, influencer content, or brand campaigns.
• Passion for creative trends and digital marketing.
