Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging visuals that effectively communicate the Foundation’s mission, programs, and impact. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce digital and print designs for campaigns, social media, events, and publications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media.
• Design materials such as brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the communication and outreach teams to conceptualize campaign ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and internal use.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creativity with attention to detail and timelines.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
