Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who is not only skilled in design but also capable of managing social media platforms, online billing, and customer communication related to sales and billing. This is a multi-tasking role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys combining creativity with business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (brochures, posters, social media posts, product packaging, etc.).
• Develop brand identity materials including logos, templates, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver creative campaigns.

Social Media Management

• Plan, design, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
• Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand presence online.

Online Billing & Documentation

• Manage online billing systems and generate invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
• Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.

Customer Interaction

• Communicate with customers regarding sales, billing queries, and product information.
• Provide prompt support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as a bridge between design/marketing and client servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools and analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Details

• Position: Graphic Designer (Multi-tasking)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
