Job Title: Graphic Designer – Trainee / Intern

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on performance and skills)
Duration: 3 to 6 months (with possible absorption based on performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our in-house design team. You will work on a wide range of digital and print design projects under the guidance of our senior designers, contributing to branding, marketing, e-learning, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing visuals for social media, websites, banners, brochures, e-learning content, and presentations.
• Create engaging graphics for internal and external communication.
• Support video editing and basic motion graphics (if skilled).
• Ensure brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and tech teams for design alignment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (basic knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus).
• Basic understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Portfolio (academic/personal projects acceptable).
