Job Title: Motor Insurance Advisor – Field Sales Location: Sampangi Rama Nagara, Bengaluru – 560027 Experience: 1 to 4 years Industry: Insurance / BFSI Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Motor Insurance Advisor to join our team. This is a field sales role, where you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and converting them for motor insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities for motor insurance. Conduct field visits to meet potential customers in and around the assigned area. Provide customers with information about motor insurance products, policy terms, benefits, and claims process. Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assist clients in filling out insurance applications and completing documentation. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and provide post-sale support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 1 to 4 years in motor/general insurance sales (field role preferred). Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream). Should possess good knowledge of motor insurance (private cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively in local areas. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric. Knowledge of local language (Kannada) preferred along with basic English/Hindi.
