Full job description

Key duties include creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, while also working with design software and incorporating feedback from management to refine designs.

• Create high quality design graphics for printing on clothes
• Creating social media graphics for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Designing website layouts and banners.
• Developing print materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers.
• Creating logos and branding elements.
• Designing email newsletters and other digital marketing materials.

Core Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Creating visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, and more.
• Concept Development: Brainstorming and developing creative ideas to meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design Software Proficiency: Utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring designs to life.
• Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.
• Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Revision and Refinement: Incorporating feedback and revisions into designs to ensure optimal results.
• Learning and Growth: Staying up-to-date with industry design trends,software advancements and design techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge and explore creative techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, print materials, social media graphics, and motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production processes.

Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their application in graphic design.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
