Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and designs that align with TinySlash's brand identity. You'll collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, marketing materials, and product interfaces. This role requires balancing creativity with consistency to maintain a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements
• Create and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, illustrations, and visual guidelines
• Develop presentation decks, infographics, and data visualizations
• Design QR code templates and branded link visuals
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and product teams to conceptualize campaign visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Participate in virtual team meetings and design reviews
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, and typography
• Experience in logo design and developing cohesive brand identities
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of professional design experience (or equivalent portfolio work)
• Portfolio submission required

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech product design
• Previous remote work experience
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello, etc.)
